Learning Objectives
To engage high school students through engaging and interactive activities to help them have a better understanding of energy and sustainability concepts in the digital age. Participation will enable students to consider their future careers in the Energy Sector; future approaches to provide Qatar with sustainable energy; from oil and gas to renewables, whilst acting in a responsible manner for the community and the environment.
Program Schedule
The schedule is divided into 3 days of detailed explanation of the energy sector in a comprehensive and interspersed manner with a lot of individual and group activities. And two days of field trips to Dukhan and Ras Laffan. The program will start at 8 am and finishes at 2:30 pm every day for 5 days. The schedule will include breaks and time for breakfast and lunch.
Program Learning Objectives
QatarEnergy Summer Camp will be delivered by a very experienced facilitators that have been involved in the training field for more than 10 years. Their experience in working for the oil and gas industry will help them deliver the best adequate learning to participating students.
