The eTender Fee Payment Sy​stem (eTFS) will be decommissioned on expiry of current Tenders on sale.

We request all our Suppliers and Contractors to access the Mushtaryat Portal ​and complete the Know Your Supplier (KYS) Questionnaire/Supplier Registration process​, if not already completed. This is a mandatory requirement for the issue of Request for Quotations or Tender Documents by QatarEnergy.

QatarEnergy reserves the sole and absolute right not to issue Tender document against Open/Public Tenders to Suppliers and Contractors who are not complying with the above.​​

1. ​“ICV”  is an initiative focused on maximizing sustainable ICV creation from the sourcing of goods and services, upskilling and developing local talent and suppliers, and promoting in-country private investment in the State of Qatar. Relevant information pertaining to ICV, ICV Scorecard, ICV Certification, and ICV Guidelines are available on the ICV Digital Portal - https://icv.qa/US​

2. Effective from 1st July 2023, bids from Local Suppliers and Contractors (companies established under the Laws of State Of Qatar with local Commercial Registration) who are not in possession of an ICV score in the ICV portal by Tender Closing Date (or commercial bid submission date if separately mentioned/notified) will not be accepted. Local Company that have been established for less than 2 years are exempted from this requirement. 

3. For sake of clarity, it is to be noted that International Suppliers/Contractors (companies incorporated outside Qatar),  are not obligated to provide ICV certification to participate in tenders since they cannot obtain an ICV certificate and their ICV score is always set to zero.
