IMPORTANT NOTICE: Introduction of Mushtaryat Portal for eProcurement
Effective 1st December 2023, please use QatarEnergy’s Mushtaryat Portal for Buying Tenders online. All new Tenders issued after 1st of December 2023 will be available in Mushtaryat Portal only. Refer to Supplier Guide – How to Buy and Download Tender.
The eTender Fee Payment System (eTFS) will be decommissioned on expiry of current Tenders on sale.
We request all our Suppliers and Contractors to access the Mushtaryat Portal and complete the Know Your Supplier (KYS) Questionnaire/Supplier Registration process, if not already completed. This is a mandatory requirement for the issue of Request for Quotations or Tender Documents by QatarEnergy.
QatarEnergy reserves the sole and absolute right not to issue Tender document against Open/Public Tenders to Suppliers and Contractors who are not complying with the above.
